I had a most excellent experience at this dealership. Although I didn't purchase a Nissan, they had an amazing deal on a pre-owned Hyundai for me. It was an extremely relaxed experience working with Sales Agent Landon who was a pleasure to work with from the beginning to the time he walked me through the vehicle when I drove off the lot after taking posession (they gave me the red carpet treatment). Dylan in financing was extremely thorough and spent more time with me than expected during the purchase process. I took my 2023 Rogue in for scheduled service and service advisor was Adam Christopoulos. He was very friendly and made us feel welcome. He was very professional and on top of the service he lined up a courtesy shuttle so we could go and have a lunch while we waited. When everything was complete I was surprised to find out he gave us a discount on the service call.
I will definitely use Adam and Kelowna Nissan again for all my service needs.
I don’t know about the other sales consul but Sara Shipley was a great women to help me buy my first new car, she wasn’t pushy and she was polite. Call me bias but I highly recommend letting her help you with your purchase as well. Charles mcallister was a great Finace manager to have he was quick with the process and made the whole experience less stressful with his easygoing demeanour. I honestly can’t wait to go back and deal with them again when it comes time to buy more vehicles. Thanks again for getting me into my new car.
